The Genesis group recently gathered in Kleinmond, South Africa for an important planning session. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the western cape region near Cape Town, the retreat was an opportunity to reflect on the future and invigorate the vital conversation that leads to creative solutions.
The team discussed the president’s vision and worked on ambitious plans for 2023 with an open exchange designed to amplify perspectives. Through intimate conversations, innovative minds were better able to recognize their shared purpose and seek ways to support one another in order to reach larger goals. In Kleinmond they discovered a distinctive spot that allowed space to think bigger and more daringly than ever before imagined.
Participants from the Genesis entities had an incredibly fruitful week coming together and devising their collective identity and corporate culture. The teams provided a focused approach to tackling the objectives of assessing the present, establishing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, in order to formulate a strategy for continued success. As the dust settled at the end of that intensive week of dialogue, a shared vision and strategy was agreed upon. This collaborative effort to forge a positive way forward is sure to be advantageous as each entity embarks on its own journey in pursuit of satisfaction and success.
